Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have minimum orders?
We are now able to offer one offs on certain products, the cost will depend on the work required so it is always advisable to buy as many as you can in order to get the lowest unit cost.

How do I save the artwork for print?
Artwork should always be as good a quality as you can supply, the better this is, the better the results. You should talk to your printer or signwriter, if they have provided a design service they will be happy to let you have a copy.
Preferred format for print is any of the following files: Illustrator, Photoshop, EPS, PDF, TIF, JPEG (high quality setting). Normal setting for print is 300 dpi (dots per inch).
Where possible if you are supplying the artwork it should be saved to finished print size (left chest print approx 10cm wide, front print approx 28cm wide, back print approx 30cm wide).
If you cannot provide the above, our studio will provide this service at an extra cost.

How long will my order take?
Turnaround time, generally no more than two weeks. We will always try and help with deadline work, however it is becoming increasingly difficult to meet tight deadines. If you email or phone we can give you a rough delivery estimate, on occasions we have turned work round in 48 hours.

Will my garment wash well after being printed?
We recommend that you wash all garments on a cool wash, for the good of the environment we should all be trying to reduce our ‘carbon footprint’.
This is also good for your garment, the cooler wash will keep the print looking pristine.
Your garment should ALWAYS be washed and dried inside out, this will help prevent any off-setting of the print.
Please DO NOT IRON over the print, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY and lastly DO NOT DRY CLEAN.
